How do I buy cannabis?
In order to make a recreational cannabis purchase at Green Valley Dispensary, you must be 21+ with a valid governmental I.D. that is presented to our security team just prior to entering the main sales floor. You can also place an order online or book ahead for full service or a consultation. In Colorado, you must be 21+ with a valid government-issued photo ID to purchase cannabis. Purchasers of cannabis dispensary products do not need to be Colorado State residents.

What are your COVID-19 protocols?
Green Valley has an optional mask policy. Any guests wishing to wear a mask are welcome to do so. A number of our staff members have opted to continue wearing masks. If you would prefer that the customer service representative wear a mask while assisting you please let us know!
Where are your products produced?
Recreational cannabis products sold at Green Valley are sourced from Colorado-licensed cultivators and manufacturers. Individual cannabis products sold by Green Valley will include the name and contact information from where they were sourced.
Are your products lab tested / how do you ensure quality and safety?
Yes — all products undergo rigorous testing to meet Colorado’s state standards for potency, contaminants, and purity. We also provide lab reports (COAs) when available so you can see test results for specific batches and strains.
Do you accept Medical Patients?
We do not offer Medical Cannabis Sales at this time. Medical patients can still visit as recreational guests. We are open for recreational cannabis sales permitting anyone aged 21 years or older with a valid I.D. to visit.
Do I need a medical card to shop here?
No — we operate as a recreational (adult-use) dispensary. As long as you are 21 years or older and present a valid government-issued ID, you are eligible to purchase from our adult-use menu.
Do you require a reservation to visit?
You can visit us in a few different ways:

How much cannabis can I buy? How much cannabis can I legally purchase?
Colorado state law permits consumers to purchase up to one ounce of flower, eight grams of concentrates, 800mg of edibles, or 8,000mg of vape oil in one purchase.
Can I purchase cannabis if I'm from out of state?
Yes! As long as you are over 21 years of age and have a valid photo ID. Note that Colorado state laws must be followed regarding consumption, and federal law prohibits crossing state lines while in possession of marijuana.
Can I use a temporary ID?
We only accept temporary IDs that fit the cannabis control commission’s guidelines for a Valid I.D (Includes Name, Picture, DOB, expiration date and does not state it is invalid as an ID).
Can I use a Military ID?
We do accept valid government-issued Military IDs that include Name, Picture, DOB, and Expiration Date.
What forms of ID are accepted?
We accept valid government-issued identification, such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport, to verify your age and identity.
Can my baby or child come with me to the dispensary?
No persons under 21 years of age are permitted to enter the dispensary.
Is there an ATM on site?
Yes! We have an ATM located inside the dispensary.
Is there an additional fee when transacting with a debit card?
Our Debit system runs as an ATM terminal and charges a $3.50 fee. Individual banks may incur an additional fee.
What types of payments are acceptable?
Cash or debit are accepted. As long as cannabis remains illegal at the federal level, banks will refuse to allow dispensaries to accept credit card transactions as a payment option. We cannot
accept ApplePay or any other form of electronic payment.
Is My ID Saved In Your System?
No, your ID is not saved to our system. Your information will automatically erase after each scan. The scanning system is used to verify the information on your ID is accurate.
Does the State Know When I Visit Green Valley Dispensary?
No, Colorado does not track recreational cannabis customers, only medical patients. We do not share information with law enforcement or government agencies without a warrant.
Can I Pick My Order Up the Next Day?
All orders must be picked up on the business day they are placed. If an order is placed after the close of business, or prior to opening, your order will be available for pickup during the next upcoming business day. Please call us with any questions!
What deals, discounts or specials do you offer?
We run frequent promotions and bundles. For example, current specials include 25% off Ripple & Riplets products, 4-for-$80 deals on 1000mg disposable vapes, and BOGO 50% offers on certain cartridges.
Do You Offer A Loyalty Program?
Yes — customers who join our loyalty program can earn rewards and discounts. You can enroll through our website when you shop at the dispensary.

Can I Travel Outside of CO with my Cannabis?
It is illegal to transport marijuana or marijuana products across state lines. Offenders can receive a penalty and or fines.
Is public consumption of cannabis allowed?
No — Colorado law prohibits consuming cannabis in public places, parks, schools, federal property, and vehicles. Use should only occur in private residences or other legally permitted locations.
Can I Place an Order Online? How Do I Place an Order Online?

What Is Your Return Policy? Can I return or exchange a cannabis product?
Because of regulatory and safety constraints, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has left the dispensary. However, if there’s an error with your order, please contact us immediately and we’ll evaluate how best to resolve it.
Any cannabis product or cannabis accessory deemed defective by management may be returned. Returned products must be within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt. No cash returns. In-store credit or product swaps ONLY.
Are your prices final? Do they include taxes and fees?
Yes — we use “out the door” pricing, meaning all applicable taxes and fees are already included in the listed price.
What should I do with unused cannabis or cannabis waste?
Dispose of cannabis waste responsibly in sealed containers, then mix it with non-recyclable material (like coffee grounds or dirt) before discarding in your regular trash. Do not flush products down the toilet or drop them in public.
Do you have a delivery service?
At this time, we do not offer home delivery. All orders must be picked up at our storefront.
Will consuming your products make me fail a drug test?
Possibly — many cannabis products contain THC (the psychoactive component) and may be detected in urine, blood, or hair tests, depending on frequency of use, dosage, sensitivity of the test, and time since consumption.

Is smoking cannabis allowed inside the dispensary?
No — for health, safety, and regulatory reasons, smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the premises. Use must occur in designated legal areas.
